One-on-one boxing Lessons

Boxers are widely known to be the fittest athletes on the planet. The vast combination of strength, speed, durability and power amongst others are all attributes that combine to make this so. One to one classes afford you the chance to dip your toe into this form of exercise, all with the added benefit of not getting hit back! It is an intense workout which will work your body in ways you’ve never imagined. Improves your hand eye coordination, stamina and gives you a great cardio workout to rival all others. Whether you are just looking to get fit, ease into the world of boxing or just feel like letting out some frustration on something, anything..... a boxing lesson is just for you.
To begin these sessions you may do some warm ups such as stretching, jogging, jumping, lunging and squatting. Once you get your blood pumping you will be doing fundamental boxing moves like: striking, bobbing, and weaving while shuffling feet and you will find yourself simultaneously doing the most intense cardio workout you’ve done in your life. If you are familiar with boxing, the trainer will bring it up a notch and will add advanced footwork and fighting strategies. To cool down you’ll be advised on what exercises to do to strengthen your core and sculpt your body.

Do I have to be well-coordinated to be able to box?
No. The Pros can teach anyone.
What should I wear?
Training gear. We recommend wearing breathable materials, you will after all be sweating so shorts and a t-shirt is always a good option.
