From learning the basic moves such as downward dog & warrior pose to perfecting advanced moves such as arm balances. There are a wide variety of classes and location available, they are tailored to your exact needs. It’s your own personal tutor so they will be with you one on one – helping, guiding and utilising the available time to give the best possible opportunity to progress rapidly. You even get to choose the length of the session and home visits are also available. A personal service coming right to you. All equipment is brought by your instructor and all you have to do is watch, learn and do.
Having a one-on-one session will allow your teacher to approach it in a more personal and particular way. This practice aims at transforming your body and mind. Its purpose relies in helping man and woman to find their path to peace, harmony and personal fulfillment.
