Fitness Training
Experience ID: 203
Everyone needs a little push, and you´ll get plenty encouragement in every class you take. When beginning the trainer will assist you with a warm up to show you the proper techniques to avoid injuries. After the assisted workout generally you follow-up with cardio exercises. Trainers provide for you important information about supplements, a balanced diet, keeping track of your measurements and keeping track of your cardio and strength excercise routine.
The certified personal trainer will customize your programming after an initial discussion with you about your health and fitness goals. You will follow a customized exercise plan considering your special needs, that will help improve your current abilities. While exercising, the instructons will teach you the proper posture and the proper mechanics of each exercise to ensure all safety and maximize the efficiency of the workout. To the trainer you are the only person in the room, all their attention is focused on you, and you only. Whatever your goals may be from these sessions, you ask - they provide.
- Duration: Sessions vary depending on what you want and your fitness goals

- Drink plenty of water before and after you take a lesson as it can cause dehydration.
Do I have to diet?
It's your choice, but no amount of exercise can hide the evidence of a bad diet. Add more whole, natural foods to your meals and you’ll see the difference it makes. It´s not necessarily a diet, just changes to more natural, healthy foods.
I have an injury, what if I can't complete an exercise?
Communication is important. Discuss injuries as soon as possible so that the trainer can adjust the excercise(s) accordingly.
What happens if I'm late?
Every late minute can throw off your trainer's plan. Be prepared at least 5 minutes you start your session.
Is it really no pain no gain?
Expect a little bit of discomfort, but if you experience any unusual pain be sure to stop and inform your instructor.
