The experienced mixer will introduce you to the equipment and techniques you will need to acquire for DJ'ing whether it is for profit or just for fun. This is a workshop that will allow you to learn at your own pace and you will get used to all of the professional quality equipment. The quality equipment, large selection of tunes and inspired instruction gives you the necessary tools to play that ultimate set in no time.
From basic to intermediate or from advanced to expert you will be guided into understanding how to identify a tempo of record as well as the different pitches and how to adjust it on a deck. You may learn techniques such as baby scratch, tear, drop, cutting, transforming, chirp, stab etc., and you will master the art of beat matching. By the end of the course, they expect that you will be able to mix, build a set and blend seamlessly from one track to another!
