Swimming with Horses

Experience ID: 139

Who knew horses could swim?! It may be hard to believe but it’s undeniably true. The truth is in the photos. They are in fact very good, natural swimmers. The great news is that they can swim with their riders too. Giving people the opportunity to participate in this rare and unknown activity. Wading and swimming through the water on an equestrian beauty is a wonderful feeling. Bobbing along the calm beautiful waters embracing the sights and sounds of Mother Nature’s gifts. With the buoyancy of the water it’s much easier and a lot safer than riding a horse on land.

You will ride with your horse along the shore from the stables to the beach. Charles M. Russell once said:  " You can see what man made from the seat of an automobile, but the best way to see what God made is from the back of a horse." So come and be a part of this splendid and peaceful activity.

A few tips and tricks from the instructor beforehand will allow you to command the horse to go where you want it to. Sun, sea, sand and a horse...what´s not to like!
