Tai Chi uses continuous, circular and soft movements. Such movements reduce stress, tones muscles and help to connect your body, mind and spirit.

Teachers are very experienced, approachable and well trained. They are very hands on to help beginners ingratiate into the classes and also to push the experienced participants further. Not a particularly well known activity at present but the popularity is on the rise. Experience the niche it offers which gives huge justifiable rewards.

FAQ

Can I participate in the class if I have any disabilities or I’m not in shape?
Yes. Tai Chi movements are possible even from a wheelchair. Though it requires more personal attention it is still possible to perform. Make sure to inform your instructor prior to the class so he/she can accommodate the teaching to your needs
